Arrival
If you can try to arrive the day before, we will prepare a few caches to "warm you up".
Accomodation
The Event will take place around Hahnenklle in the Harz mountains. Start and Finish is at the RAMADA Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hahnenklee. A limited number of rooms is available for us starting at €31.50 + tax (per night and person in a double). What does it cost?
As usual, if you only come for the "Attended" log, then its free. However, we have quite some expenses for the organisation and therefore count on your particpation in the Cachathon and Poker Run for which we charge an entry fee. Cachathon registration fee starts at 25€ per team, registration for Poker Run is 3€ per person. More than half of all income is used for prizes. The evening BBQ costs 13.50€ per person.Cachathon Registration
Teams particpating in the Cachathon competiton must accept the rules and regulations and register their teams until July 29th, 2009.Schedule for the day
On-site registration starts at 9AM, we plan to start at about 10AM. All participants of the competitons must return by 5:30PM.
An evening BBQ with selected meat, sausages and salads is organized by the hotel starting at 6PM.
Price giving is planned for 7PM.
